Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution or other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of TAKO Games.
Names, crests, images, posts and comments that players add themselves do not come from us. The person who added them is solely responsible for them.
8.Liability for content
We are responsible for our own content on this website under general law.
We create it with care. Even so, we cannot guarantee that it is correct, complete and up to date.
Content that players add themselves, such as club names, crests, posts or comments, is the sole responsibility of the person who added it.
We are not obliged to constantly monitor such content. As soon as we become aware of an infringement of the law, we remove the content concerned without delay.
9.Liability for links
If FUTLINE links to websites of other providers, we have no influence on their content. Only the respective operator is responsible for it.
This also applies to the advertising on the boards. In club matches we show ads of real companies, always labelled “AD” (advertisement). Clicking on one takes you to the advertiser’s website after a confirmation prompt. Only the advertiser is responsible for that website.
No infringements were apparent at the time of linking. If we become aware of an infringement of the law, we remove the link or the ad immediately.
